Pain De Mie- Delicious white bread made in a Pullman loaf pan.

14 ozWater
1 ozYeast
24 ozBread Flour
1.5 tspMilk Powder
4 tspSugar
1.5 tsp Sea Salt
.5 ozButter

Straight Dough Method

Bake in a pullman loaf pan with top on until golden brown. Remove top and continue baking until a deep golden brown color is achieved.
