Sponge:
17 oz Water
1 oz Yeast
16 oz Bread Flour
6 oz Olive Oil

.5 oz Salt
8 oz Bread Flour

Straight Dough Method

Spread dough over a very well oiled pan. Sprinkle with flour over the top and bake until light golden brown.
