8 oz Water
.5 oz Yeast
13 ozWhole Wheat Flour
1.5 tsp Sugar
1.5 tsp Malt Syrup
10g Milk Powder
.5 oz Shortening
1.5 tsp Salt

Straight Dough Method

Bake until dark golden brown and it sounds hollow when tapped. Brush with honey straight out of the oven.
